We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Reverse engineering, copying, playing with cheats/bots/automation tools, or attempting unauthorized access to our servers is prohibited.
Gold, gems, chests, items and similar in-game content are virtual items with no real-world monetary value; they cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged outside the game. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play; refunds follow the respective store's policy. Chest (loot box) odds are clearly disclosed in-game on the ⓘ screens.
An optional monthly 2x Speed subscription is offered. The price is shown on the purchase screen and the store page. The subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled; you can cancel anytime, at least 24 hours before the current period ends, from your App Store / Google Play account settings. Payment is charged to your store account upon confirmation.
Player names shown on leaderboards are public. We apply zero tolerance to inappropriate, offensive, hateful or impersonating names and behavior.
In case of cheating, abuse or violation of these rules, we may restrict or delete your leaderboard profile and online access without prior notice.
Online features such as leaderboards, endless-mode scores and feedback are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to modify or discontinue them. The core game is playable offline.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iO Digital Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
