Kristalis (iO Digital Studio) is a single-hero tower-defense / survivor game. This policy explains, plainly, what data is processed while you play. Last updated: July 2026.
You don't need to register to play Kristalis. We do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number or similar personal information.
Game progress such as gold, gems, hero level, gear and settings is stored only in your device's local storage and is removed from your device when you uninstall the app.
For leaderboards and endless-mode scores our servers keep a nickname-based game profile: a random identifier generated by the app, your chosen nickname, your league/weekly mission points and your endless-mode record. This data is not linked to your real identity and is used only to display rankings. Nicknames are visible to other players; inappropriate names are automatically filtered server-side and can be reported and blocked in-game.
Messages you send via in-game Feedback (text + nickname + general game info) are stored on our server solely to improve the game and are never shared with third parties.
Deletion: You can permanently delete your leaderboard profile anytime via Settings (⚙) → "Delete leaderboard profile"; your scores, nickname and endless record are removed irreversibly.
We may show optional rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process data such as an advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA) and general device information to serve, cap and measure ads. Kristalis is configured to request non-personalized ads from AdMob. For how Google processes this data: policies.google.com/privacy.
The game offers optional purchases and a subscription (premium, gem/gold packs, speed subscription). Purchases are handled through Apple App Store / Google Play billing and our purchase-management provider RevenueCat. Purchase data is processed by these providers to validate and restore transactions. Your card / payment details are handled directly by the stores and are not shared with us.
Kristalis is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
You can delete your local game data by uninstalling the app, and your server-side leaderboard profile via Settings → "Delete leaderboard profile". For any question or request, email hello@iodigitalstudio.com.
